The Collective on Commonwealth Logo Design

The Collective on Commonwealth is Charlottesville’s new, contemporary yet comfortable, apartment community. Mountain High was approached to design the logo for this new development. The final mark combines a serif and sans serif with a hand done mark as the focal point. In this “c” mark, the unifying piece is a teardrop terminal from the typography, and the two c’s come together to represent the community factor of apartment living. This also references back to the “collective” in the name, The Collective on Commonwealth.
